Ishaan Verma heads and handles the Firm’s practice of civil, property, commercial & banking laws in the High Court of Delhi and various District Courts and Tribunals/Fora in Delhi. Initially, he was the Law Researcher for Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw in Delhi High Court. Thereafter, he joined Sanjiv Kakra & Associates, where he specialised in recovery matters on behalf of prominent banks and financial institutions such as State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, Punjab National Bank, Invent ARC, etc. before the DRT, Delhi and DRAT, Delhi and High Court of Delhi as well as various other litigations in civil, property and commercial law matters. Ishaan Verma is also a Panel Counsel of Delhi Development Authority.
Diviani K. Verma heads and handles the Firm’s practice of criminal and matrimonial laws in Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and District Courts. She has worked with Late Mr. Ram Jethmalani and then with Mr. Tanveer Ahmed Mir, noted criminal lawyer, representing Dr. Rajesh Talwar and Dr. Nupur Talwar in the Arushi-Hemraj double murder case. The Firm’s Criminal practice includes matters involving/under Indian Penal Code, White Collar crimes, POCSO, PC Act, Negotiable Instruments Act as well as matrimonial disputes in the trial court as well as before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and High Courts.
Armaan Verma is a committed legal professional with extensive experience in Dispute Resolution, specializing in commercial disputes, white-collar crimes, and family law. With a strategic and solution-oriented approach, he has successfully represented clients in arbitration proceedings, commercial litigation, and complex legal disputes before various courts and tribunals across India.
Over the years, Armaan has had the opportunity of strategizing for and appearing before various courts and tribunals for multinational corporations and well-established businesses, including Hyundai Motor India Limited, Nissan Motor India Pvt Ltd, Umesh Modi Group, M/s. Halliburton Offshore Services Inc, Axalta Coating Systems (formerly DuPont Performance Coatings), and ATC Telecom Infrastructure Private Limited.
